  • Where Do you travel?

    Anywhere!! We are based in Connecticut, USA, and usually travel all over New England. There is a travel fee for all on-location services.

    ps. We LOVE a destination wedding! We are available for travel to other states/countries upon availability.

  • how do I book my date?

    1. Fill out our inquiry form here

    2. Sign contract

    3. Submit your 50% non-refundable retainer

    4. You’re booked!

    Please note that your date is secured only when your contract has been signed and retainer has been received.

    Dates will only be held for 24hrs after your contract has been sent.

  • When should I book my trial?

    Trials are completely optional, but highly recommended.

    We recommend doing a trial no more than 8-10 weeks before your wedding date. This ensures that your hair will be a similar length & color for your wedding.

  • Can you travel to me for my trial?

    All trials are scheduled for 2 hours & will take place at Modern Chic Spa, 366 Cromwell Ave, Rocky Hill, CT 06067

    If availability allows, we can travel to your location for an additional fee.

  • Do you recommend hair extensions?

    YES!! always YES!

    If you’d like added volume or length for your wedding day, clip-in hair extensions are a great way to go. We don't recommend semi-permanent hair extensions as they limit hair styling options.

    If you’re interested, we can color match & order Bellami Clip-In Hair Extensions for you.

  • Will you bring an additional artist/stylist?

    Generally, Shadelin is the main artist and works by herself, however depending on the location, number of people in the booking, and time of the wedding, she may require an assistant stylist to get everyone ready on time. This will be determined and agreed upon during your booking process.

  • Can I add/Remove Services?

    If time permits, we’re happy to add additional services to your bridal party booking given ample notice. Once you’ve confirmed your initial booking though, your existing services are locked in. We understand that life can be unpredictable sometimes, so just get in touch if you need to make changes and we’ll accommodate where possible.

  • cancellations/refunds

    If for whatever reason you need to cancel your wedding, you may cancel up to 3 months prior to the booking date. However, the retainer is non-refundable.

    If you need to reschedule due to force majeure, we’re happy to transfer your booking payment to a new date pending availability. In the case that we’re not available on your new date, we can offer you credit to use towards hair styling and makeup services in the future so you look amazing for your next big event.

    In the unlikely event that Shadelin or your artist/stylist is unable to provide your hair styling/makeup services due to personal illness, injury or other extenuating circumstances, we will notify you at the earliest possible time and refund the booking amount in full. In such circumstances, we will also endeavor to find a suitable alternate service provider for you.
